US Green Energy, Inc., (USGE) is a pre-public holding company focused on
acquiring high-growth firms, assets and properties in the Green & Renewable
Energy industry. USGE is an Integrator of technologies and products into energy
markets.  We design, integrate, construct and maintain power systems using a
variety of technologies and energy sources both for grid-connected customers and
for customers who need power solutions for remote locations or require more
reliable or environmentally benign alternatives to centrally distributed electricity. Our
distributed generation systems produce electricity from Bio fuels and from cleaner,
more sustainable sources such as wind, solar, biomass, geothermal and fuel
cells, using reliable power generation technologies integrated with custom controls
and power electronics.
Currently company is involved in 5 core business units.

Solar Energy.
The company design, sells, integrates and services the Photovoltaic panels and
Solar thermal concentrators to small business, for Net metering and Power
production.
Geothermal Energy.
We are working to acquire the resources that would allow us to generate electricity
from the hot water that is available in abundance in west coast specially in Imperial
County California and Nevada.
Wind Energy.
We have the product line and availability to sell and Install and we are negotiating
acquisitions in this area.
Bio Diesel Equipment Sales and Installation.
We are working on getting our design perfected so that we can start to produce the
equipment that we will be the user and seller of the equipment. The equipment will
be manufactured by 3rd party on a price competitive bases using our design layout
and technology. We will be evaluating the feasibility for the Patentability of our
concepts, design and technology. Our  production plant PT 105 will be state of the
art and it will produce 1 to 5 million gallons of bio diesel based on the size of tank
farm available at site for feed stock and finished bio diesel and glycerol. We will
also produce and offer a pretreatment module as on option to basic system, where
the operator will be able to use this option to expand the choice of feed stock that
may be available at most completive price at a given time  including Yellow grease,
brown grease, tallow, chicken fat and any vegetable oil to produce into bio diesel.
Tri-generation and Co-generation.
We are an integrator and sales organization for various technology suppliers.
Where based on our clients energy needs we would acquire the products and
technologies to Integrate these complex power production equipments into a user
friendly TURN KEY SOLUTION with one stop service and support for our clients.
Design, build and servicing of co-generation and tri-generation systems for Net
metering or stand alone application to the global market is our business.
