Our History:
In 1983 We built one of the largest computer peripheral company with
revenue of over $500,000,000 when we sold it and retired. CBR
Commercial was established by Jim A Farooquee as a Commercial Real
Estate boutique brokerage. Having developed strong ties with buyers,
sellers, banks, and other lending institutions, the company has specialized
in negotiating transactions for distressed properties and other assets that
require creative financial solutions.
Over the years, many relationships have developed with major
corporations, lawyers, accountants, REITs, banks, title and escrow
companies. The combination of strong relationships with industry
professionals and our expertise was the driving force in providing a quality
service, second to none, for our clients.
